Description:

Decorative metal coated fabric glass is laminated glass with metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on surface of polymer mesh fabric. Metal coated polymer mesh fabric has different mesh openness and different light transmittance. The finished lamianted glass with metal coated mesh fabric can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. EVA, TPU, PVB or Sentryglas interlayer can be used for laminating metal coated mesh fabric with glass. It can be used for both indoor and outdoor lamianted glass appplication.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:


1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
